Lost, damaged, refunds?

Lost? If you think your parcel has been lost I will not be held responsible, I will of course keep any proof of postage that I have for every parcel that I send. However once the item has left my ownership it is down to you and the postal service to sort out any losses. I will of course help in any way I can, but I will not be held responsible. I of course hope that the Postal service will not lose your parcel, but we all know sometimes things like that happen.

Damaged? If your item arrives to you damaged, I will also not be held responsible, I care a lot about packaging, if the item is breakable I will ensure the correct packaging is used, but it will be due to the carelessness of the postal service if your item arrives damaged. It is then down to you to sort it out with the postal service. I will have proof of postage.

Refunds? To put this simply, I do not do refunds. Once you opt to purchase the item, and you make the payment the item is then yours to own. I of course am not out to con you, I will show items in as much description as possible, and note any flaws in the item. But it is your responsibility to read descriptions before you make a commitment into purchasing.
